Find an Antibody (serological) Test Site

Bring passports (or at least a picture of them) with you when you get tested for travel.

NEW: To find fast tests, type "Fast" in the Search field. To find testing in a city, it's best to type the HEBREW name of the city, as English spellings may differ. You can type English, too, and if you don't see any results, try Hebrew.
NEW: To find "N" type tests, type
N in the Other column.

Using the tables

You can sort or filter the table according to every column. Or, type a search word (like Shemesh) in the search bar.
There are multiple pages, so see the Next pages, or change the Show entries per page amount.
Be sure to scroll to the right where there is more information and comments.

Guide to Serological/Antibody Testing

This site does not describe the constantly-changing rules. We recommend that you see https://aliyajourney.com/pages/covid-travel for super coverage of all the ins and outs.

It is CRITICAL that the guest passport number be on the test results.
The passport number will be linked to your test results. On the way our of Israel home, the airport will see that the guest can leave the country, and if they are stopped anywhere during their stay, their results will be linked to their passport number. If your results don't have your passport number, contact the testing center immediately.
Also give the testing location a number that can receive SMS messages in Israel or an email address so the Ministry of Health (MOH) can tell you that you are released from quarantine.

Note: Test results are all returned within 24 hours (unless noted otherwise).

Dov Lipman posted this:
FOR THOSE WITH JOHNSON & JOHNSON or ASTRAZENECA VACCINATIONS
Best to use the Rambam lab on Hillel street in Jerusalem for the serological test.
Tests by other labs were coming out negative, leaving visitors who have been vaccinated stuck in bidud.
This specific lab uses a test which picks up the antibodies from these vaccines.

After you get the serological results

The testing center is supposed to send your test results to the Ministry of Health, who would then contact you to let you know that you are out of quarantine.
It's a good idea to send the results, yourself, together with a copy of vaccination or "healed" status, via this link:
https://govforms.gov.il/mw/forms/QuarantineExceptionExit%40health.gov.il
Wait for official approval to leave quarantine.
You can switch the form to English. Fill out the top half, then be sure to do steps 1-6:
